This is my new account, especially for STAMPS! If you know me over at my other account (~fernclaw (https://www.deviantart.com/fernclaw)), you know I am a stamp maker....not quite extraordinaire... xD

Hello! I have a question; do you need a premium membership to enable stamps? And how come whenever I post the :thumbxxxxx: in my Deviant ID box, it just comes out as text rather than an image?
You do need a premium membership to post stamps. When you put that in your ID, unless you have a sub, you can't post thumbs, so they won't work. sorry
